At Gibbys Electronic Supermarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new electronics do not meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included, and falls within our 30-day return window.
- 2.Request an RA Number
Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for all processed returns.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your product in a shipping box with the RA number clearly marked on the outside and ship it back to our main distribution center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
